To meet your specific needs, we offer two distinct, proprietary paths of care. Both methods are time-based modalities, and the session duration can be expanded to allow for up to 80 minutes of table time for comprehensive care. Most patients should expect their visit to last approximately 2 hours.
Both PVA™ and PVM™ are priced identically based on the level of complexity needed. Sessions include functional medicine analysis, and integrate functional chemistry, reflex integration, and targeted support for gut issues (including SIBO and vagal biome) as part of the overall treatment plan.
The choice between the two is based solely on your comfort with needle work.

Polyvagal Acupuncture™ (PVA™)
Method: The core, needle-based approach. Includes advanced tissue work, fascial release, and sinew channel target. Our orthopedic assessment includes advanced soft tissue tests and muscle tests.
Patient Assurance: This technique is painless. To restore parasympathetic tone, needle technique must be painless.
Polyvagal Massage™ (PVM™)
Method: A distinct, non-needle therapeutic service. Uses light-touch bodywork and proprietary somatic techniques to achieve profound parasympathetic shifts and vagal tone restoration.
Ideal For: Clients requiring foundational neuro-somatic benefits without needles, including Sensitive Populations (Pediatrics, pregnancy, seniors, and chemotherapy clients).
Three Levels of Clinical Care (The Pricing Tiers)
We utilize three distinct levels to address the complexity of your neurological and orthopedic needs. The pricing reflects the time and depth required for each level, regardless of whether you choose PVA™ or PVM™:

The Deal: This is hands-on work for symptoms only. It does not address the root cause (e.g. reflexes or nerve damage), or other deeper issues. The consultation is brief – no counseling or dietary assessment. All treatments include tissue work and massage. Get in, get out.
2. Chronic & Complex Issues: For recurring patterns (e.g., chronic migraines, recurring sciatica). Focus is on resetting the underlying neurological fault, including lab and functional chemistry review.

3. Deep Neuro-Rehabilitation: Long-term therapeutic partnership for complex neurological or dysautonomia patterns (e.g., MS, stroke recovery, complex trauma). Available by consultation only.

The Goal: A quick, effective "patch" that helps you feel like yourself again. Polyvagal Acupuncture (PVA) often addresses in 3 visits what used to take 12.

Neuroplasticity Consultation
This is for the individual who wants a comprehensive "owner's manual" for their nervous system. This consultation-based service is designed to give you a deep understanding of your unique neurological patterns. We will review your history, labs, and goals to create a personalized roadmap that may include targeted dietary strategies, supplements, and specific reflex integration or yoga therapy exercises you can do at home.
A comprehensive typed summary and personalized treatment plan is included for an additional fee, including referrals in your local area, is also provided following the consultation.

Mommy and Me Sessions
A child's nervous system co-regulates with their primary caregiver. These gentle sessions are designed to support both of you. In a soothing environment, we work to establish and strengthen healthy vagal tone for both parent and child (typically under age 4) through play, gentle instruction, and connection.

Reflex Integration Training
This one-on-one training is for acupuncturists, somatic therapists, or dedicated caregivers who wish to learn reflex integration techniques for their own clients or family members. These intensive sessions are tailored to your specific goals and provide hands-on instruction in methods to support neurological function and restore vagal tone.
