Master the Nervous System with Intro to Polyvagal Acupuncture™ (PVA™) and Polyvagal Massage™ (PVM™) Training:
Post-Graduate Certification in PVA™ and PVM™
With the success of our first class in 2025 through e-lotus, we have partnered with a leading provider of online and in-person graduate-level education to begin these more in-depth offerings in 2026. Our hope is to combine multiple practitioners to facilitate communication and information acordacross modalities.
The New Clinical Imperative
The contemporary practice requires a neurological framework to treat clients with chronic dysregulation and unresolved trauma. This methodology was built from 20+ years of neuro-clinical tracking, addressing patterns that conventional therapies fail to resolve. Acquire a system rooted in verifiable, structural change, not theory.
Who Should Enroll?
This post-graduate level training provides advanced Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for:
-
Licensed Acupuncturists
-
Licensed Massage Therapists
-
Somatic Therapists
-
Physical Therapists
-
Functional Chemistry and Functional Neurology Providers
Core Curriculum: Intro to PVA™ and PVM™
Gain proficiency in the foundational skills for Neuro-Somatic Integration, focused on the cranial nerve, limbic system, and enteric integrative approach to healing:
-
Cranial Nerve & Vagal Tone: Learn to define Vagal Tone, Qi, and Presence as objective clinical tools. This includes understanding the role of cranial nerves and their influence on autonomic states.
-
Limbic System & Emotional Regulation: Examine how early Autonomic Nervous System Development shapes posture, emotion, and behavior. Identify the limbic system's role in the trauma response (Dysautonomia).
-
Primitive Reflex Integration: Master the concepts of reflex retention as a cause of adult dysregulation.
-
Scope Communication: We frame all reflex integration and movement therapy through the manual access points of the Jing Jin (Sinew Channels) and their relationship to the vagus nerve.
-
Manual Techniques: Learn PVM™ for manual access to the Jing Jin (Sinew Channels), utilizing a parasympathetic approach to release stored reflex arcs.
-
-
Functional Neurology & Assessment: Utilize principles of Functional Neurology and standard medical language to identify and treat the clinical presentation of fight, flight, freeze, and collapse states (Dysautonomia).
-
Diagnostics & Safety: Integrate clinical interventions and ethical considerations. Learn to utilize functional neurology and labs to inform treatment strategies.
The PVA™/PVM™ Advantage
-
Objective Validation: Base your practice on methodologies validated by Western neuroscience and orthopedic principles, providing verifiable results and requiring no belief system from the patient.
-
Real-Time Results: Observe fascial and autonomic changes in real-time during treatment, eliminating guesswork.
-
Credentialing: This course is the foundational requirement for advanced certifications in PVA™ and PVM™ and toward being proficinet in Primitive Reflex Integration and trauma-informed care.
-
Professional Communication: Use precise medical language and PT/orthopedic benchmarks to effectively communicate with referring physicians.
