  • Polyvagal Touch™ (PVAT): A guided method that teaches individuals how to use intentional touch to engage their own neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity has no time limits, but meaningful change requires frequent, consistent application. Whether taught during live sessions, through Neuroplasticity Coaching, or in small groups, PVAT teaches practical skills that can be practiced at home, with a spouse or partner, with children, family members, or independently to help protect and restore healthy autonomic nervous system patterns while reinforcing neuroplastic change throughout daily life.
